四川达县青花铁厂于1984年接受省微机办下达的计算机在该厂100m~3高炉上进行生产过程控制的科研项目,于1985年1月与冶金部自动化研究所签订了协议,由该所研制、设计和提供5台微机系统,即热风炉燃烧控制、高炉料柱透气性指数检测、高炉上料程序控制及原料重量补偿、高炉料线检测和高炉数据采集等系统。经研究所和厂方两年多的通力合作,到1987年8月5台微机系统已全部投入运行,其中热风炉燃烧控制和高炉料柱透气性指数检测两台系统,已分别于1986年4月和12月通过了部级技术鉴定。
