Micronucleus assay is a fast and easy classical cytogenetics method to detect chromosomal damage. In recent decades, many scholars in animal experiments proved that: within a certain dose range of radiation dose and peripheral blood lymphocyte micronucleus (LMN) rate linear relationship.
