It is one of the main reasons why athletes lose their stamina or reduce their athletic performance due to excessive physical exertion during training or competition. So far, as ZsraeL’s has said, there are few physiological and biochemical parameters that objectively reflect over-training status. Although some case or analysis data have been reported, no prospective experimental studies on elite athletes have been reported yet. Over-training can be described as Addisonoid and Basodowoid over-training syndrome. The former main performance is decreased exercise capacity, quiet heart rate decreased, blood glucose and maximum lactic acid value decreased
