每一个学生的个性发展都具有独特性、具体性,每一个学生都有自己的需要、兴趣和特长,都有自己的认知方式和学习方式,综合实践活动为每一个学生个性的充分发展创造了空间。作为综合实践活动教师,我们应该关注学生的个性发展,尊重学生的个性需要。在教学实践中,我通过“你的课程你做主”、“你的课堂你设计”、“你的成果你展示”这三个方面让“尊重”成功在学生心间绽放。
