积极推进培训资源自主化工程。针对社会条件不能满足新企业培训工作需要的情况,公司“自力更生”创造条件开展培训工作,通过几年来的努力,基本实现了培训设施自建、培训教师自聘、培训教材自编、培训项目自办的“四自”培训条件和资源。建成了满足理论培训、仿真培训、模拟实训、竞赛比武需要的培训基地,建立了层级较全、数量充足、专业合理、能力较强的兼职培训教师队伍,编制了“先进、实用、全专业、全岗位”的文字、视频教材和PPT课件以及考试考核题库。公司成立以来,一线员工培训自主培训率达100%,其他干部员工自主培训率达到96.7%。
