先天愚型合并先天性心脏病于幼小时即有肺动脉高压者,术后的呼吸衰竭发生率很高。材料与方法本文对12例先天性心脏病(CHD)合并先天愚型者的肺组织进行活检,结果5例为室间隔缺损(VSD)、4例为动脉导管未闭(PDA)、3例为心内膜垫缺损(ECD)。年龄为12～96个月(平均34个月)。对照组为29例不合并先天愚型的CHD患儿,其中16例为VSD、5例PDA、1例ECD、7倒房间隔缺损(ASD),及3倒无CHD
Down’s syndrome with congenital heart disease in young children with pulmonary hypertension, postoperative respiratory failure is very high. Materials and Methods In this paper, 12 cases of congenital heart disease (CHD) with merger of foolish lung tissue biopsy, the results of 5 cases of ventricular septal defect (VSD), 4 cases of patent ductus arteriosus (PDA), 3 cases Endocardial pad defect (ECD). Aged 12 to 96 months (average 34 months). The control group consisted of 29 children with CHD who did not have Down’s syndrome, 16 of whom had VSD, 5 PDA, 1 ECD, 7 ASD, and 3 had no CHD
