在知识经济时代,学习能力无疑已经成为企业核心能力中最关键的组成部分,是企业取得竞争优势的重要源泉。“昨天的组织是机械,今天的组织是系统,明天的组织是头脑。”这是今天人们对于不同时期企业组织特点的概括。组织如果能像人脑一样对外部变化的事物反馈及时,能够自主认识、思考和行动,就能达到自我修复、自我监控、自我修正的理想境界。而学习型组织的建立就是达到这种理想境界的正确途径。
