通过外掺铜矿渣,研究铜矿渣掺量对混凝土强度和脆性的影响,分析相应的作用机理。结果表明,随着铜矿渣掺量的增加,混凝土的强度呈下降的趋势,但降幅不大;随着强度的增大,其脆性系数随之增大;铜矿渣掺量为5%时,脆性系数相比原生混凝土略有增长,但随着铜矿渣掺量的增大,其脆性系数随之下降,10%掺量下的脆性系数与原生混凝土相当,15%掺量下的脆性系数比原生混凝土低,铜矿渣混凝土的脆性也随着变小。
The effect of copper slag content on the strength and brittleness of concrete was studied through the addition of copper slag, and the corresponding mechanism was analyzed. The results show that with the increase of the content of copper slag, the strength of concrete tends to decrease, but the decrease is not large. With the increase of strength, the brittleness coefficient increases. When the content of copper slag is 5% , The brittleness coefficient is slightly higher than that of virgin concrete, but the brittleness coefficient decreases with the increase of copper slag content. The brittleness coefficient at 10% is equivalent to that of virgin concrete, and the brittleness at 15% The coefficient is lower than that of primary concrete, and the brittleness of copper slag concrete decreases.
