详细研究了20Cr2Ni4A、20CrNi2Mo及20CrMnTi三种钢高温离子渗碳后循环热处理对晶粒大小及力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,循环处理能有效地细化高温离子渗碳的粗大晶粒,循环2~3次后可使心部晶粒细化至ASTM10级以上,并显著提高材料的韧性及疲劳极限,接触疲劳强度也略有提高。
The effects of cyclic heat treatment on grain size and mechanical properties of 20Cr2Ni4A, 20CrNi2Mo and 20CrMnTi steels after high temperature ion-carburizing were studied in detail. The results show that the recycling treatment can effectively refine the coarse grains during high temperature ion carburization and make the grain refinement to ASTM10 or above after 2 or 3 cycles and significantly increase the toughness and fatigue limit of the material. Fatigue strength also increased slightly.
