乔治敦圭亚那合作共和国总统德斯蒙德·霍伊特阁下:惊悉圭亚那合作共和国总统福布斯·伯纳姆阁下不幸逝世,我谨代表中国政府和人民,并以我个人的名义向圭亚那政府和人民表示深切的哀悼,并向伯纳姆总统的家属致以诚擎的慰问。伯纳姆总统是中国人民的老朋友。他为中、圭两国建立和发展友好合作关系作出了重要贡献。我衷心希望中、圭两国的关系和两国人民的友谊在今后的岁月里能继续得到发展和加强。
Georgetown HE President Desmond Hoyt, President of the Republic of Guyana: Astonished at the unfortunate death of His Excellency Forbes Burnham, President of the Guyana Partnership Republic, I hereby, on behalf of the Chinese Government and people, and on my own behalf, to the Government and people of Guyana Expressing deep condolences and sincere condolences to the families of President Burnham. President Burnham is an old friend of the Chinese people. He made important contributions to the establishment and development of friendly cooperative relations between China and Guyana. I sincerely hope that the relations between China and Kyrgyzstan and the friendship between the two peoples will continue to develop and be strengthened in the years to come.
