近年来,随着非公有制经济的迅猛发展,灵山县把全面推进非公有制企业党建工作摆上重要议事日程,积极探索符合非公有制企业特点的党建工作新方法、新途径,不断强化工作措施,开创了全县非公有制企业党建工作的新局面。目前,全县共有42家非公有制企业建立了党组织,在广大企业主的大力支持与配合下,这些基层党组织朝气蓬勃,与企业结成“同进退、共发展”的共同体,积极为企业的发展出谋献策。
