介绍了Autoform的功能及汽车覆盖件软模开发特点,研究了某汽车前轮罩的软模开发。利用数值仿真软件Autoform,实现了模具设计与冲压工艺的CAE仿真,并预测可能出现的缺陷。根据仿真结果对模具与工艺修改后再次进行CAE仿真优化,然后进行了冲压验证。试冲结果与仿真分析结果基本一致,零件质量基本满足交样要求。
The function of Autoform and the development of soft cover of automotive cover are introduced. The soft mold development of the front wheel cover of a car is studied. Using the numerical simulation software Autoform, the CAE simulation of die design and stamping process was realized and the possible defects were predicted. According to the simulation results, the CAE simulation optimization of the mold and the process is performed again, and then the stamping verification is carried out. Test results and simulation results are basically the same, the quality of parts to meet the basic requirements of sample.
