民国初年,英国加紧对西藏的侵略,为了缓解西南地区所面临的危机,北洋政府派遣朱绣等人入藏宣慰联络。朱绣等人在西藏的活动,加强了西藏地方与中央政府的关系,为民国政府以后对西藏的经营打下了基础。
In the early Republic of China, the United Kingdom stepped up its aggression against Tibet. In order to ease the crisis facing the southwestern region, the Beiyang government sent Zhu embroiders and others to join Xuanzhi Liaison. The activities of Zhu embroiders and others in Tibet have strengthened the relations between Tibet and the Central Government and laid the foundation for the future operation of Tibet by the government of the Republic of China.
