目的:研究药用植物平贝母中总生物碱的分布,为平贝母地上部分的开发提供依据。方法:平贝母生物碱组分的分离对比采用薄层色谱法;总生物碱含量测定采用酸性染料比色法。结果:平贝母不同生长部位的生物碱组分存在差别。平贝母栽培品地上部位在营养生长期、花期、果期总生物碱含量分别为地下部位的2.361,2.310,2.193倍,平贝母野生品地上部位在营养生长期、花期总生物碱含量分别为地下部位的1.870,1.496倍。结论:平贝母植株中总生物碱含量虽略有波动,且不同生长部位生物碱组分存在差别,但总体上平贝母地上茎叶的总生物碱含量高于地下鳞茎,存在进一步研究与开发的价值。
Objective: To study the distribution of total alkaloids in Fritillaria cirrhosa, and to provide the basis for the development of Fritillaria cirrhosa.
