随着我国政治体制改革的逐步开展,各级卫生防疫站将全面推行站长负责制,站长的地位和作用日益重要,一个防疫站办得好坏与站长密切有关,因此对站长的要求也愈来愈高。站长应该熟悉站内外的情况,熟悉各项卫生防疫工作,并学有专长,熟悉卫生防疫站的管理,善于处理各种关系,有一定的经验和良好作风。所有这些的先导,都要求站长必须具备正确的思想方法,能够用正确的观点和方法来思考问题和处理问题。
