食品卫生统计工作的内容和要求是由卫生部统一规定的。自1985年实行以来,由于不断地充实完善,目前统计内容包括的5个方面96个项目,已基本上反映了食品卫生监督监测工作的全面情况和工作质量。这项工作的开展,不但促进了本地区食品卫生工作,而且通过省内、全国统计工作的交流,能够全面了解各地情况,学习先进地区的经验,促进本地区工作的开展。几年来的工作,我们深刻体会到开展这项工作,必须逐步健全工作程序,进于常规管理,注意发挥统计数字在开创食品卫生工作新局面中的作用,推动食品卫生工作不断前进。
The content and requirements of the food hygiene statistics work are regulated by the Ministry of Health. Since the implementation in 1985, 96 items in the five areas covered by the statistics have basically reflected the overall situation and work quality of the food hygiene supervision and monitoring work. The development of this work has not only promoted food hygiene in the region, but also enabled them to fully understand local conditions, learn from the experience of advanced regions, and promote the development of work in the region through the exchange of statistical work within and across the province. In the past few years, we have fully realized that in order to carry out this work, we must gradually improve our work procedures and enter into routine management. We must pay attention to the role of statistics in creating a new situation in food hygiene and promote the continuous advancement of food hygiene.
