准确定位学校体育场馆的公共服务价值与功能,是体育运动场地利用率最优化的有效途径,同时也是改善体育健身与休闲运动实施的务实路径。为推动我国学校体育设施的开放性、服务性、可持续性发展,建立学校体育场馆社会服务的长效机制,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,将体育管理学、体育产业经营管理和应用体育学等多层次的学科观点相融合,对我国学校体育场馆公共服务的有效机制进行分析和探索,进而围绕思想创新机制、科学管理机制、安全保障机制和监督管理4个方面构建了长效发展机制。
