由美国芝加哥大学的卡尔顿(Dennis w.Carlton)教授和加州大学伯克莱分校的佩罗夫(Jeffrey M.Perloff)教授两位经济学家撰写的《现代产业组织》(Modern Industrial Organization)一书是目前公认产业组织领域较为优秀的教科书,该书第二版(1994)的中文版由三联书店上海分店、上海人民出版社于1998年在国内出版,受到了国内读者的一致好评。2000年,两位作者又推出了该书的第三版。
The “Modern Industrial Organization”, by two economists, is taught by Professor Dennis W. Carleton of the University of Chicago and Jeffrey M. Perloff of the University of California at Berkeley. The book is now recognized as a relatively good field of industrial organization of textbooks, the second edition of the book (1994) by the Chinese version of the Joint Publishing shop Shanghai Branch, Shanghai People’s Publishing House in 1998 published in the country, has been the domestic readers alike. In 2000, the two authors released the third edition of the book.
