现状近二十年来,为了在提高生产效率的条件下满足日益严格的铸造质量要求和设计要求,化学粘结剂系统在世界范围内取得了显著的进展。能使被粘结的砂子在芯盒内或模型旁硬化的化学粘结剂系统,提供许多显著的优点:1)降低生产成本;2)提高单位工作面生产率;3)减少劳动量;4)对熟练劳动的依赖性较小;5)提高砂型和芯子的强度;6)铸件质量较好,例如:表面光洁度高、尺寸精确,没有铸造缺陷;7)改善了劳动环境。
