本文从生产实践中总结出有关航空模锻件坯料选择的一些经验体会,对其中一个特例——锻荒制坯工艺进行了论述。着重介绍了从锻荒在航空工业锻压中的应用特点,选编荒型的一般原则,编制荒型工艺规程的要点和荒型在使用上应注意的问题以及荒型分类等。可供模压锻工艺设计人员和锻压教学人员参考。在自由锻锤或其它锻压机械上锻制模锻件毛坯的工艺方法称为锻荒。这类毛坯称为荒型或荒坯。
This article summarizes some experiences and experiences on the blank selection of the aviation forging forging from the production practice, and discusses one of the special cases - forging blank blanking process.
