А.М.Михайлов试验了一系列合金膏剂的成分后指出:对于薄壁铸钢件推荐采用90%X_p0000(铬铁)和10%M_(H_4)(锰铁)(粒度<0.315毫米)。对于壁厚超过20毫米的铸钢件推荐采用96%X_p0000和4%M_(H_4)。用这两种合金膏剂形成的合金层可以与钢母材强固地联结,在热处理过程中和冲击负荷下不致剥落。合金层硬度沿层厚变化很少,只是当与钢的母材交界后才剧烈降低(图4)。
After testing a series of alloy paste compositions, А.М.Михайлов noted that 90% X_p0000 (ferrochromium) and 10% M_ (H_4) (ferromanganese) (particle size <0.315 mm) are recommended for thin-walled castings. 96% X_p0000 and 4% M_ (H_4) are recommended for castings with wall thicknesses exceeding 20 mm. The alloy layers formed with these two alloy pastes can be strongly bonded to the steel base material and will not peel off during heat treatment and impact loading. The hardness of the alloy layer varies little along the layer thickness, but only drastically decreases when it crosses the base metal of the steel (Figure 4).
