本文通过化学发光法测定ICG在630nm和514.5nm激光照射下对HPD光敏产生化学发光的影响。发现ICG可减少由HPD光敏产生的化学发光量,这种对光敏反应的抑制作用与光波长和剂量无关,与ICG的浓度有关。认为ICG作用的机制是降低HPD光敏产生的’O~2和ROS的氧化作用,从而抑制了化学发光反应。
In this paper, the chemiluminescence method was used to determine the effect of ICG on the chemiluminescence of HPD under 630nm and 514.5nm laser irradiation. ICG was found to reduce the amount of chemiluminescence produced by photosensitizing HPDs. This inhibitory effect on photosensitization was independent of optical wavelength and dose, and was related to the ICG concentration. It is thought that the mechanism of ICG action is to reduce the oxidation of O 2 and ROS generated by photosensitization of HPD and thereby suppress the chemiluminescence reaction.
