采用双极银丝电极记录清醒大鼠小肠移行性综合肌电(MMC)及基本电节律(BER)。结果表明,(1)正常大鼠十二指肠段(幽门括约肌下10cm处)的MMCIⅢ相时程为3.26±0.67min周期为12.30±2.99min,而在空肠上段(幽门下30cm),Ⅲ相时程为3.59±0.92min,周期为14.43±3.58min;(2)正常大鼠MMCⅢ相的扩布速度,在幽门括约肌下10cm至20cm段内为3.56±1.56cm/min,幽门括约肌下20cm至30cm段内为2.50±0.85cm/min;(3)正常大鼠小肠BER自十二指肠至空肠上段逐渐减慢,但在MMC不同时相内BER存在差异,即Ⅰ相内的BER较Ⅲ相时快;(4)同组动物两次记录时间相隔2天和7天时,MMC各项参数无显著性变化。提示本方法记录的大鼠小肠MMC具有一定的应用价值。
Bilateral silver wire electrodes were used to record the small intestine transitional myoelectricity (MMC) and basic electrical rhythm (BER) in conscious rats. The results showed that: (1) The duration of MMCI phase in normal duodenum (10cm below the pyloric sphincter) was 3.26 ± 0.67min in the period of 12.30 ± 2.99min, while in the upper jejunum (30cm below the pylorus) Duration of 3.59 ± 0.92min and period of 14.43 ± 3.58min. (2) The spreading speed of MMC Ⅲ phase in normal rats was 3.56 ± 1.56cm / min in 10cm to 20cm under the pyloric sphincter and 20cm in pyloric sphincter (3) The BER of small intestine in normal rats gradually decreased from the duodenum to the upper jejunum, but there was difference in the BER at different phases of MMC, that is, the BER in phase Ⅰ was higher than that in phase Ⅲ Phase fast; (4) two animals in the same group recorded time 2 days and 7 days apart, MMC no significant changes in the parameters. Prompted that the method of recording the small intestine MMC has a certain value.
