本文介绍了第一套国产连续式平板玻璃真空镀膜设备──ＪＰ－１０００Ａ型真空镀膜建筑玻璃生产线。阐明了设备工艺性能要求，并列出ＪＰ－１０００Ａ型设备的技术指标。文中给出典型工艺参数和产品测试结果。试生产表明ＪＰ－１０００Ａ型机功能齐全，满足生产需要等，其产品与进口设备产品相媲美。
This article introduces the first set of domestic continuous flat glass vacuum coating equipment ─ ─ JP-1000A vacuum coating architectural glass production line. Clarified equipment performance requirements, and lists the JP-1000A-type equipment, technical indicators. The paper gives the typical process parameters and product test results. Trial production shows that JP-1000A machine is fully functional and meets production needs. Its products are comparable to those of imported equipment.
