目的观察一种含氯消毒剂消毒相关性能。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对该消毒剂杀菌效果、稳定性及腐蚀性进行实验室检测。结果以含有效氯2000 mg/L该消毒剂对悬液内大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌作用5 min和10 min,平均杀灭率分别为99.99%和100%;作用10 min和15 min,对枯草杆菌黑色变种繁殖体和白色念珠菌平均杀灭率为99.98%和100%。试验浓度该消毒剂对金属器械浸泡72 h未见明显腐蚀;其原液密封包装于37℃存放90 d,有效氯含量下降率平均为4.31%。结论该含氯消毒剂性能稳定,可有效杀灭细菌繁殖体和真菌。
