目的探讨基层医院药剂科药品管理的特点,提高药品管理质量。方法依据国家有关药品管理的法律法规,结合本院实际情况,通过综合应用,完善药品管理制度和保管制度,提高药剂科工作人员的综合素质,针对不合理用药和不规范处方进行点评,提高全院药品管理质量。结果通过加强法律学习和业务等综合素质提高,药剂科的药品管理工作更加科学、严谨,管理质量有了进一步提高。结论基层医院药剂科加强药品管理是保证药品安全有效和医院正常运转的重要环节。
Objective To explore the characteristics of drug administration in pharmacy department of primary hospital and to improve the quality of drug administration. Methods According to the national laws and regulations on drug administration and the actual situation in our hospital, the comprehensive application and improvement of the drug administration system and custody system were put forward to improve the comprehensive quality of the staff of pharmacy department and make comments on the unreasonable use of drugs and non-standard prescriptions, Hospital drug management quality. Results By strengthening the overall quality of legal study and business, the pharmaceutical management of the Pharmacy Division is more scientific and precise, and the quality of management has been further improved. Conclusions The pharmacy department in the grass-root hospital strengthens the drug administration is an important link to ensure the safety and effectiveness of drugs and the normal operation of the hospital.
