为对汽车起重机驾驶员作业技能进行有针对性培训,需对其实际操作技能进行评价。利用汽车起重机上车控制器所携带的SD存贮卡,记录吊装作业的整个过程;应用建立的汽车起重机三维虚拟模型,可逼真回放吊装作业过程;借助建立的各类作业行为评价规则,对驾驶员的总体作业技能做出评价,提出培训意见;对识别出的作业行为进行去抖处理,能有效提高评价可信度。系统实际应用表明,能准确评价汽车起重机驾驶员作业技能,帮助分析吊装作业事故原因。
In order to carry out targeted training on the operation skills of truck crane drivers, the actual operation skill needs to be evaluated. The whole process of hoisting operation was recorded by using the SD memory card carried by the on-board controller of the truck crane. The three-dimensional virtual model of the truck crane was established to vividly playback the hoisting operation process. With the established evaluation rules of various work activities, The overall operational skills of staff to make evaluations, put forward training opinions; to identify the operation of the behavior to debuff processing, can effectively improve the credibility of evaluation. The practical application of the system shows that it can accurately evaluate the operation skill of the truck crane driver and help to analyze the cause of the hoisting operation.
