教育的三要素为学习者、教育环境和教育者,这三者在教育的过程中互为影响、相辅相成。教育环境在幼儿园凸显为班级环境,作为幼儿学习生活的主要场所及群体——班级,其环境创设的意义显而易见。而我国古代就有“近朱者赤、近墨者黑”的精辟论述,就是强调环境对人的感染作用。古代教育家颜之推认为,环境是通过潜移默化的方式对儿童产生影响的,而这种影响是深而持久的。所以说环境对幼儿的发展作用是重要的,不可替代的。
The three elements of education for learners, education environment and educators, these three influence each other in the process of education, complement each other. The educational environment is highlighted as a class environment in kindergarten. As the main place for children’s learning and group-class, the significance of environment creation is obvious. In ancient China, there were “brilliant discussion on the one hand, and on the other hand on the black one”, which emphasizes the role of the environment in people’s infection. Yan Zhi, an ancient educator, believes that the environment affects children in a subtle way, and the impact is profound and lasting. Therefore, the development of children’s environment on the environment is important and irreplaceable.
