1997年中专毕业后,我就分配在老家湖南省双峰县的乡镇工作,一干就是11年;2008年通过公开选拔调入长沙市政府研究室工作,2009年9月开始又在望城区桥驿镇挂职一年。在基层的这12年多时间,我从事过很多不同的岗位,深刻地体味过乡镇干部的酸甜苦辣,百般滋味。乡镇干部心头有“四苦”乡镇政府是国家政权的最基层组织,担负着众多的任务,乡镇干部处在最底层,直接面对千家万户,官小权无责任大,工作中的苦与乐,非一般人能理解。个人觉得,乡镇干部工作、生活状况堪忧,至少有以下几个方面的苦楚:

The township cadres’ heart has “four bitterness.” The township government is the most basic organization of the state power and shoulders many tasks. Township officials are at the lowest level and are directly facing tens of thousands of families. Bitter and happy, non-ordinary people can understand. Personally think that township cadres work, living conditions worrying, at least the following aspects of the pain:
