初中植物学第五章講授植物的葉,標题為“葉—製造有机物的器官”,這就明確的指出了葉的功能——光合作用是這一章重點教材.和其它各章一样,這一章教材的编寫,是以生理學方面为中心的。 結合植物教學所作的光合作用實驗,要說明這樣的兩个問題:第一,綠色植物的光合作用,必須有阳光,必须有二氧化碳氣體。第二,光合作用產生澱粉,也產生氧氣。為了證明這些問題的真實性,就需要作下列的實驗: 1.不見阳光的绿色植物,不能進行光合作用的實驗。這實驗用見阳光的和不見陽光的綠色葉子對比着观察:
