在以往的一系列实驗研究中,我們不仅証实了地龙有良好的降压作用,同时还对地龙的降压机制和毒性亦分別进行了比较深入的研究,同时通过我院內科临床治疗数百例原发性高血压病的疗效看来,地龙乃是一个非常有前途的降压病药物。毛文洪氏等应用地龙酊治疗原发性高血压病数十例,也获得了一定的效果。此外,张培棪氏等和最近的一些实驗报导也証明地龙有降压作用。
In the past series of experimental studies, we not only confirmed that the ground dragon has a good antihypertensive effect, but also conducted a comparatively in-depth study on the decompression mechanism and toxicity of the earthworm, and passed clinical treatment in our hospital. Hundreds of cases of essential hypertension have shown that the ground dragon is a very promising antihypertensive drug. Mao Wenhong et al. applied doxanthine to treat dozens of cases of primary hypertension and achieved certain results. In addition, Zhang Pei’s et al. and some recent experimental reports have also proved that earthworms have antihypertensive effects.
