《伤寒论》、《金匮要略》之方,近代医家称为古方。临床运用古方,不外两种方法:一是照用,二是转用。照用,是按照条文所示之症状使用。如临床上对咳逆、倚息、不得卧者,用小青龙汤治疗。对口苦、咽干、目眩、往来寒热、胸胁苦满、默默不欲饮食、心烦喜呕之一症或数症者,用小柴胡汤治疗。转用,是根据逻辑推理的方法,将古方运用于条文所指示的症状之外的其它类症。现根据有关文献,结合自己临床学习应用的体会,对古方转用的规律作初步探讨,以就教于中医前辈。

Based on the relevant literature, combined with the experience of their own clinical learning and application, a preliminary discussion was made on the laws governing the conversion of ancient prescriptions in order to teach them to their predecessors.
