贵港市素有“优质稻市”之称。去年,全市种植优质稻面积290多万亩,占水稻种植面积90％以上。优质稻生产成为贵港市农民增收的支柱产业。今年,贵港市粮食局在开展保持共产党员先进性教育活动和落实中央一号文件精神中,针对部分农民缺良种、缺高产栽培技术以及部分群众去年因灾减产、缺少粮食、影响春耕生产的实际情况,开展以“送种子下乡、送栽培资料下乡、专家(技术骨干)授课下乡、签订粮食产销合同下乡、发送粮食供应证下乡”为主要内容的“春风行动”活动,用实际行动体现共产党员的先进性。
