服装业不仅需要大量一般的服装人才,更需要有创新精神和创业能力的新型专业人才来打造具有自主知识产权、高附加值的服装品牌。解决这一问题的关键,在于对人才的培养、供应和使用机制上进行变革。因此,根据服装产业结构调整需要,培养对口的服装设计与制作人才,是实现我国服装产业发展实现突破的根本保障。针对服装设计与制作专业的特点,提出以下三个教育培养模块并对其探究:知识建构的模块化,能力建构模块和人格建构模块。每个模块中都安排了相应的体系,通过体系的具体实施,提高培养人才的素质,加快现代化的人才培养进程。
Apparel industry not only requires a large number of general clothing talent, but also need innovative and entrepreneurial capabilities of new professionals to create independent intellectual property rights, high value-added clothing brand. The key to solving this problem lies in making changes in the mechanism of personnel training, supply and use. Therefore, according to the needs of garment industry restructuring, training counterparts in garment design and production personnel, is to achieve the development of China’s garment industry to achieve a fundamental guarantee for a breakthrough. According to the characteristics of fashion design and production, the following three education and training modules are proposed and explored: the module of knowledge construction, the module of capacity building and the module of personality building. Each module has arranged a corresponding system, through the specific implementation of the system, improve the quality of personnel training and speed up the modernization of personnel training process.
