金秋10月,秋高气爽。国际第三年龄大学协会第22届代表大会在上海国际会议中心召开。来自境外21个国家的151名代表及境内150名代表与会,其中心议题是老年人的继续学习——传统和创新。会议探讨了老年教育的理念、形式、方法、作用、内容及不同国家、不同国情、不同文化背景对老年教育的影响。老年教育在中国是自古有之,而有计划的、系统的以传授知识、提高人口素质为目标的老年人学校教育是从1983年开始起步
Autumn in October, autumn and cool. The 22nd Congress of the Third International University Association was held in Shanghai International Convention Center. The 151 delegates from 21 countries outside the country and 150 representatives from China attended the meeting. Its central topic was the continuing learning of older persons - tradition and innovation. The meeting explored the concept, form, method, role and content of education for the elderly and the impact of different nationalities, national conditions and cultural backgrounds on education for the elderly. Geriatric education has existed in China since ancient times, and planned and systematic schooling for seniors targeting at imparting knowledge and improving the quality of the population started from 1983
