The flow field of the twin-screw extruder was analyzed,using the reference of polymer extruder research,applying the FEM software ANSYS,based on the understanding of the extruding characteristic.And then the pressure field,velocity field and temperature field were gained which makes some theory value for the further research on extruding process.
