Analysis of Codon Bias of Tumor Suppressor gene P53 with Forecast to Gene Mutation

  P53 is the most common mutational gene in malignant tumors of mankind and is highest related to cancers of mankind, and also is one of these heated genes which are based on genetic research.In order to further research the mechanism of mutational p53 gene of mankind, 6 latest mRNA sequences of p53 gene of mankind are chosen.Firstly,by using the multiple variables analytical software, Codon W, which is based on RSCU, do each parameters that influence the use of codons usage calculated and statistical analysis.And then, CAI is known very significant and positive correlated (P<0.01)to FOP, CBI ; ENC is known very significant and negative correlated(P<0.01) to CBI,GC,GC3s,FOP, G3s,CAI.Then, by using QRSCU, which is a coding method, the bias of p53 codons is analyzed and designed.The result shows that the method based on QRSCU showed its consistent bias of synonymous codons obviously, and p53 genes prefer to use codons ending with c/g.The above parameters are also fully verified the close relevance of coding method based on amino acids and research on the bias of p53 codons.Finally, combined with predecessors research to gene mutation of tumor-suppressor gene p53, 6 latest gene sequences are forecasted, and provide to the malignant tumors prevention and prediction of mankind a important theory basis .
