This paper made a investigation of partical counties (cities) corporations and 1500 urban and rural householders(including individual industrial and commercial households) of Heilongjiang province through direct and indirect ways,through the survey we have a basic understanding of the status of Heilongjiang provincial private investment and financing,and then this article makes a detailed analysis of the reasons for its thriving,at last,this article puts forward some corresponding recommendations of guiding Heilongjiang provincial private investment and financing to achieve standardization.
