By analysis fictitious economy and financial crisis, this article deems that the fictitious economy and its lack regulation is the main cause of the frequency of financial crisis.Our country could legally responds to the fictitious economy and financial crisis by the following means in order to maintain financial safety and economic justice during the transitional times: constituting regulations and supervising measures, balancing the development of factual economy and fictitious economy, perfecting property right structure and governance pattern of enterprises, regulating agency market and behaviors, actively participating in and adjusting globalization course.
