With the popularization of computers and network, it is possible to apply network in college bilingual education.Through quantitative analysis of sample data, network is proved to be effective in improving the quality of bilingual education in college.Comparing with bilingual education without network, bilingual education with network is not only better at improving college students English level, but also better for students understanding of subject materials.
