The manufacturers outputs with resources restricted, then resulting in marginal cost increases.A two stage supply chain consisted of single supplier and single vendor is studied, and the phenomenon of the suppliers marginal cost increasing is introduced into the revenue sharing contract model.Firstly the analysis of the supply chain under centralized decision-making optimal production capacity is given, then decentralized decision-making are given under their respective optimal decision-making behavior.The model of supply chain contact on the condition of game theory is given, and the effect of supplier margin cost on collaboration between supply chain members is studied.The results show that by the revenue sharing contract, even there is marginal cost increase for the supplier, but the relationship between the suppliers wholesale price and share factor needed to satisfy reverse-change constraints within a certain range, and both sides can achieve win-win state of the supply chain, effectively optimization of the ordering strategy can be obtained.Finally a numerical example is given to verify the conclusion.
