新年伊始,大连市智赢人力资源发展研究中心培训组在大连党校进行了为期两天的现代培训理念的培训。参训人员亲身体验了作为职业培训师的教学方式,学习了解了世界最前沿的行为科学(NLP)的主要内容,感受了潜意识教学等先进的教学理念。本次培训,必将对党校教学改革产生重大影响。 At the beginning of the new year, the training group of Dalian Winpower Human Resource Development Research Center conducted a two-day training on modern training concept in Dalian Party School. Participants experienced the teaching methods as professional trainers, learned the main content of the most advanced NLP in the world, and experienced advanced teaching concepts such as subconscious teaching.
