成立高校情报工作研究会,是我省高校广大科技情报工作者多年来的愿望,酝酿已久。为此,四川省情报学会第三届理事会决定委托常务理事、电子科技大学图书馆馆长张筱东同志负责筹建。 今年七月上旬,在电子科技大学图书馆召开了筹备会,省内14所院校的19名代表出席。刘星彪同志代表我院科技情报工作者参加了会议。 代表们就高校情报工作的地位、任务、业务范围以及筹建研究会的有关问题展开了热烈的讨论。
The establishment of a college intelligence research conference, is the vast number of scientific and technological workers in colleges and universities in our province many years of desire, has long been brewing. To this end, the third council of Sichuan Intelligence Society decided to entrust Executive Director Zhang Xindong, director of the University of Electronic Science and Technology of Librarianship to prepare for the project. In early July this year, a preparatory meeting was held at the UESTC Library, and 19 representatives from 14 universities and colleges attended the meeting. Comrade Liu Xingbiao attended the conference on behalf of the science and technology intelligence workers of our hospital. Representatives held a lively discussion on the status, tasks, scope of work of the university's intelligence work and related issues in preparing for the establishment of the Institute.
