由于几千年自然经济观念的束缚,我国广大农村还没有转向以当前科学技术为基础的商品经济的轨道,占国民经济80％的农村经济不能富裕,整个国家就不能富强。因而建立农村综合科学实验、示范基地,依靠科学技术引导农民走上农村经济现代化的道路。运用系统工程的原理,最大限度地发挥现代科学技术的效能。通过开展综合性的科学实验,结合当地自然和长远规划进行综合治理,促进农村商品经济迅速发展,将示范基地建设成为产业结构合理,经济发达,技术先进,生态平衡,人民生活富庶的社会主义新农村。现代化综合科学实验示范基地的建设,经过几年的实践,已产生了明显的经济效益和广泛的社会影响。
Due to the restraint of the concept of natural economy for thousands of years, vast rural areas of our country have not yet shifted to the track of a commodity economy based on the current science and technology. The rural economy, which accounts for 80% of the national economy, can not be prosperous, and the entire country can not prosper. Therefore, we should establish a comprehensive experimental base of science and demonstration in rural areas and rely on science and technology to guide the peasants onto the path of rural economic modernization. Use system engineering principles to maximize the effectiveness of modern science and technology. Through carrying out comprehensive scientific experiments, conducting integrated management based on the local natural and long-term plans, promoting the rapid development of rural commodity economy, the demonstration base will be built into a new socialist one with rational industrial structure, developed economy, advanced technology, ecological balance and rich people’s livelihood Countryside. After several years of practice, the construction of a comprehensive scientific experiment demonstration base has produced obvious economic benefits and extensive social impacts.
