一2006年,全市上下认真贯彻落实科学发展观,克服宏观环境偏紧、局部洪涝灾害严重、市县乡三级党委换届工作任务多、各种社会矛盾比较突出等不利因素,务实抓发展,有力地促进了我市改革开放和现代化建设,全市整体呈现出经济发展提质加速,社会事业全面推进,群众实惠普遍倍增的良好势头,顺利实现了“十一五”开门红。在发展实践中,我们积极探索经济工作规律,总结形成了以下几点体会。
In 2006, the city conscientiously implemented the scientific concept of development from top to bottom and overcame unfavorable factors such as tight macroeconomic environment, severe flood disasters, diversified tasks of party committees at municipal, county, and township levels, and prominent social conflicts. The city promoted the reform, opening up and modernization of the city. The whole city showed a good momentum of accelerating the quality of economic development, promoting social undertakings in an all-round way and generally doubling the masses' benefits. The smooth opening of the 11th Five-Year Plan has been successfully achieved. In the development of practice, we actively explore the law of economic work, concluded the formation of the following experience.
