运用q值计算方法评价川芎嗪和阿魏酸的合并效应。实验发现两药合用对兔和大鼠离体主动脉痉挛性收缩的缓解作用、增加豚鼠心脏灌流量及降低大鼠全血粘度等作用与单用该两药相比呈协同;而对小鼠急性毒性,合用时毒性为拮抗。
The q-value calculation method was used to evaluate the combined effect of tetramethylpyrazine and ferulic acid. It was found that the effects of the combined use of the two drugs on the atrophic contraction of isolated aorta in rabbits and rats, the increase of cardiac perfusion volume in guinea pigs, and the reduction of whole blood viscosity in rats were synergistic with the use of the two drugs alone; Acute toxicity, toxicity in combination is antagonistic.
