本研究目的在于观察颞浅与耳后血管间的连接情况,以确定皮瓣设计时各种耳后皮瓣的血供范围。 材料和方法新鲜尸体8具,经颈总动脉和股动脉注入氧化铅、明胶水溶液。4具尸体由头顶颅骨经颞区至耳后乳突区做冠状切口,连同整个面部皮肤将头皮完整分离。这样使两侧耳后血管保存完好。另4具尸体在中线做矢状切口,以保存包含颞浅血管顶支和耳后血管终末支的颞顶筋膜和头皮的完整,皮瓣分离方法同上。所有标本摄X线片,由耳后及乳突区颅骨表面翻起耳后血管区皮瓣,并摄X线片。直接由分离的头皮和X线片测量血管的轴向长度和直径,颞浅和耳后血管的交通经比较皮瓣翻起前后的X线片评估。
The aim of this study was to observe the connections between the superficial temporal and posterior vessels and to determine the range of blood supply to the posterior flap of the flaps. MATERIALS AND METHODS Eight fresh corpses were infused with lead oxide and gelatin solution via the common carotid and femoral arteries. Four corpses from the skull through the temporal area to the posterior mastoid area to do coronary incision, together with the entire facial skin scalp complete separation. This makes both ears ear canal intact. The other four bodies were sagittal in the midline incision to preserve the temporal superficial fascia and scalp, which included the superficial temporal superficial vessels and the posterior vessels of the posterior vessels. All specimens taken X-ray film, from the ear and mastoid area of the cranial surface of the cranial area of the ears flap up after the flap, and taken X-ray film. The axial length and diameter of the blood vessels were measured directly from the separated scalp and X-ray films. Translucentes and vessels behind the ears were evaluated for radiographs by comparing the radiographs before and after flap flap up.
