取40只小鼠随机分为吸氧组，D—半乳糖组和空白对照组。吸氧组在O3环境中、普通饮水；D—半乳糖组在非O3的正常环境下饮用D—半乳糖；此二组与对照组同时普通饲料喂养，50天后观察衰老生化指标。饮半乳糖组各指标明显差异于空白对照组，而O3组不如前者明显。
Forty mice were randomly divided into oxygen inhalation group, D-galactose group and blank control group. Oxygen group in O3 environment, the general drinking water; D-galactose group in non-O3 normal drinking D-galactose; these two groups and the control group while feeding ordinary, 50 days after the observation of senescence biochemical indicators. The indicators of drinking galactose group significantly different from the blank control group, while the O3 group is not as obvious as the former.
