今天是两刊编委会,也是两刊创刊十周年庆祝会。这次会议的主要议题是:1)向部局各级领导和全体编委汇报总结两刊十年来的工作。2)讨论在当前改革的大好形势下,怎样更好地办好电视电声情报网的两刊,更好地为改革服务,为本专业的科研、生产、教学等方面的决策服务,为开展科研、生产、院校的横向联系服务。讨论今后的办刊方针和组稿方向。收集研究对两刊质量的反馈意见。3)交流一下国内外的电视电声新技术和发展动向。4)附带讨论一下两刊今后的发展问题。我现在谈些个人的想法和共性的问题。先说说两刊的简要创建过程。76年电子部成立电
