Gut-derived endotoxemia (EEM) is an important factor that mediates monocyte-macrophage cytokine secretion and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS). In this study, rabbits were prepared in vitro and in vivo intestinal animal model of intestinal mucosal injury and intestine endotoxin transport observed. The experimental results show that: the degree of damage to the intestinal mucosal barrier and the relationship between intestinal pressure and pressure is proportional to the time for the study of intestinal endotoxin transport and its influencing factors provide some experimental evidence
